At Quantum, looking after our team is important to us.
So, in recognition of all the hard work the team continuously delivers to the company, we hosted our first ever Employee of the Month event in November.
Employee of the Month
For our first Employee of the month, Wayne Elliott from the warehouse, showed up and showed out!
With consistent hard work ensuring all orders are thoroughly checked before transportation, helping, and offering advice to newer members of the team, and tackling challenges in the Warehouse head on, it is no surprise that Wayne won our November 2022 Employee of the Month.
On Thursday the 1st of December, we all celebrated this incredible achievement where Wayne received a £100 bonus, champagne, a trophy, and an award certificate in recognition of his hard work. Keep up the good work Wayne!

Salesperson of the Month
For Salesperson of the Month, one member of the sales team outsold (pun intended). Lewis Hammond from the Accounts department, smashed it out of the park with his high sales figures. He was awarded a shiny gold trophy and a well deserved bottle of champagne for his amazing achievement.
